Designed
originally for carving deep fried turkeys these platters are
tough and meant to be used.
Serving platters are finished with three coats of Tung oil and
one coat of butchers block wax. Tung oil is a food safe oil that
brings out the depth of hardwoods. I use it on my cutting boards
as well as larger pieces.
Wash and towel dry after use. No soaking, and no dishwasher.
For luster simply rub on and wipe off any food safe
oil such as Tung oil or mineral oil. |
