design I modified from dad’s original. The Ebony pegs separate
two knifes placed in one slot.
Knife racks are finished with three coats of Tung oil and one coat
of butchers block wax. Tung oil is a food safe oil that brings
out the depth of hardwoods. I use it on my cutting boards as well
as larger pieces. |
